Victoria Max received a degree in Political Science from the University of Miami and went on to complete her law degree at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where she graduated with honors. Victoria received an award of distinction from the Pro Bono Honors Program, having completed 300 hours of Pro Bono legal work prior to graduation.
During her time in Law School Victoria honed her advocacy skills by competing in various Moot Court Competitions. Victoria was 1 of only 6 students who completed the Advanced Trial Skills program at NSU Law her graduating year. Victoria served on the founding executive board of NSU Law's chapter of the Miami Dade Bar Association.
Prior to admission to the Florida Bar in 2024, Victoria served as Felony Prosecution Intern at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's office, and as a Summer Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Lindsey at the Third District Court of Appeal.
