Luke T. Jacobs

Luke represents clients in high stakes trial and appellate business litigation including breach of contract, class actions, business torts and other complex commercial cases. He decidates his practice to tackling difficult and novel cases for businesses and individuals and prioritizes finding creative legal solutions which allow his clients to focus on what matters: running their business. Luke has represented companies in high-stakes litigation when their future is in doubt and is confident helping his clients through the toughest situations.

Luke puts people first and also has experience advocating on behalf of clients who have suffered adverse treatment in employment and guardian relationships.

Luke obtained his J.D. from the Emory University School of Law and is an avid fan of Husker sports.
