Timothy W. Odzer

Tim Odzer represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters. He practices in both state and federal courts in Florida and assists clients throughout all phases of dispute resolution. He has experience drafting and arguing motions and preparing and responding to discovery requests.

 

Tim started his legal career as a federal law clerk to the Honorable Karen Hayes of the Western District of Louisiana and the Honorable Sheri Polster Chappell of the Middle District of Florida. Following his clerkships, Tim worked for over a year as a litigation associate at a national law firm in Miami.

 

Tim’s pro bono experience includes successful representation of low-income clients throughout all stages of an eviction defense proceeding.

 

While studying at the University of Chicago Law School, Tim gained exposure to both litigation and transactional work. He participated in the Law School’s corporate clinic, volunteered with the Louisiana Capital Assistance Center, and interned for the EEOC and the North Carolina Department of Justice.
